Post production: part 1

Once we got to the editing sweet we looked through all of the footage we shot and selected the shots we wanted to use in our sequence making sure all the clips we used were in focus and had continuity throughout.

We then put the clips in the order we wanted and started cutting them making sure they all flowed and made sense, this took a while to get the continuity exact and find the most sucsessful order to put them in.

The only mistake we made whilst filming was not having Suzie in the car for one of the shots which was meant to go in at the start of the sequence so she would have had to be in the car. This meant we could not include this shot. We also did not have the police tape up in all of the shots which we thought would not be noticable but was so did not include this shot either.

We still wanted to keep the whole idea and tone of the sequence so no major things were changed. The only choices we changed from our origional concept was the order in which some of the shots were put in, used the extra shot we took on the day when we had some extra time as it is very effective and adds a lot of mystery to the concept. But apart from this the concept was pretty much the same.
