My second idea would be a mystery/drama style genre which is more of a title sequence.
The title sequence would consist of various short clips of:
-People in suits walking in and out the office
-Following these people up the lift
-The 'bad guys' sneaking around and trying to make them selfs fit in to the public
-Police sitting in their cars looking out for them
All these clips including things such as titles (director, actors, writer, title of film).
The narrative would follow on to the investigation of a kidnapping following the investigators but also the kidnappers and what they do to catch them and how the kidnappers struggle to get away and if they sucseed in this or not.
